How do I get a quote?

 

Fill in our inquiry form and comfortably upload your templates from your computer. Send us an inquiry by mail or give us a call.
Tip: Ask for graduated prices! The higher the circulation, the lower the unit price.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

 

We differentiate the minimum order quantity between embroidered, woven and printed patches as well as between key rings and woven labels.
- embroidered patches: from 10 pieces
- woven patches: from 100 pcs.
- printed patches: from 200 pcs.
- Key fob: from 20 pcs.
Labels / Labels: from 200 pieces on
Please consider: the higher the edition, the lower the unit price.

How much do the patches cost me?

 

This depends on the number of pieces, the size, the colours and the motif.
Every patch is different! That is why we will send you a personal offer tailored to your needs.
You will receive this promptly from your personal customer advisor by email.
He will be at your side with advice and assistance during the entire ordering process.
Because SERVICE is written in capital letters with us.

How long before I get the patches?

 

As a rule, you will hold the patches in your hands within 2-3 weeks after embroidery release*.
*After the order confirmation and the receipt of payment you will receive an Anstick by email.
This means: We embroider/weave/print your patch and you will receive a photo by email.
Only after release of the embroidery the patch goes into production. 100% security for you!

What template do you need to make a patch?

 

You can easily upload your template using our enquiry form or send it to us by post. Just as you like. Basically we can work with almost all templates:
- Digital templates such as photos or files
- Sketches and drawings
- Template of your "old patch"

Is my parcel insured? Do I get a tracking number?

 

Yes, we ship our goods exclusively insured with DHL. As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the post office, you will immediately receive the tracking number by email.
So you can be sure and see exactly where your package is.

Can I get a sample of my patch?

 

In principle, it is not possible to obtain a sample for production reasons. However, you will receive a high-resolution photo by email for approval before your patches are produced. Only when you are satisfied your patch goes into production.
So 100 % security for you that you get what you want!
